Elizabeth Samudio and Chef Heather Hogan will be our hosts for an evening in an urban farm setting. | | WHO: Everyone is invited but space is limited, so RSVP now! (must be 21 and up) | | WHAT: Learn about edible landscaping, harvest vegetables for dinner, watch a cooking demo and enjoy the company of fellow Foodies! Dinner includes chicken breast with creme de cassis sauce. (chicken is organically, sustainably grown at Walnut Creek Farms in Alvarado) Sauce preparation will be demonstrated by Chef Heather Hogan. Sauteed Summer Squash with Baby Carrots, Roasted Red and Golden Beet Salad with Latte Da Dairy goat cheese Chocolate Gateau with Lemon Basil Sauce Wine included, but if you have a preference feel free to BYOB. Dress is casual.
