Step inside Maharaja and the scent of exotic spices will help you forget you are in a strip mall. Aromas of anise hint at the flavors that will soon provide your palate a culinary adventure.  Cheerful Indian Bollywood tunes help set the mood along with Indian decorations that surround the casual bistro arrangement of tables and chairs.

Take your taste buds for a tour of Northern Indian cuisine. Whatever your familiarity with Indian food you will want to check out the lunch buffet to sample the greatest hits of Maharaja’s extensive menu. Freshness marks every dish and you can select from entrees that range from subtle spicing to bolder flavors.

If you are unfamiliar with Indian cuisine this is a great place to start as the staff are warm and accommodating. They are more than happy to steer you in the right direction regarding your buffet options. During dinner service they can also guide you on selecting the right level of spiciness for your taste.

There is a nice balance of vegetarian and meat options during the buffet. Load up on the addictive rice and chicken tikka masala, beef jaalfrezi, chicken korma, tandoori chicken and sheekh kabob. Vegetarians will delight in the delicious vegetable samosas, saag paneer, navrattan korma, and channa masala. Fresh naan rounds out your meal. If you have room left sample the kheer for dessert.
