The motto of this mom and pop restaurant appears to be “no muss no fuss.” Basic Italian cuisine is shuttled out to a crowd of neighbors and college students with even less fussy service. But what is sacrificed in service is gained in price and atmosphere. Popularity has grown over the years as word spreads of Cafe Bella’s BYOB policy. Don’t agree with this review?
