I’m going to do my best to post the thing I eat each week that leaves me craving more. Not a bad resolution, right? This week goes to one of our favorite go-to restos, Tokyo Café (5121 Pershing Ave.) We finally ordered Omakase, which means that it’s up to the chef to choose each of your courses. Course 4 of 7 was thin-sliced seared beef on Kabocha mash with chili and green onion oils. Sweet, smoky, spicy, creamy, tender, DELICIOUS!
